Introduction of each filter
It is a layered anthracite, sand, crushed garnet or other materials for the bed of mechanical filtration equipment, the principle of depth.The particles of different particle sizes in the water are filtered, the larger particles are removed at the top level, and the smaller particles are removed at the depths of the filter medium,thus reduce turbidity of water.
2.Active Carbon Filter
Activated carbon with adsorption, there is a certain role in addition to turbid carbon filter.It can remove the pigment,smell and a large number of biological organisms in the water.
It can ensure that granularity of the water into reverse osmosis membrane is less than 0.1um.The advantage is high catching ability, large filter area, high filtration precision, small resistance, large mechanical strength, no peeling phenomenon, strong ability of acid and alkali resistance, and easy to use.
It is an equipment to purify the saline water with the action of pressure difference of semi-permeable membrane.As it is counter to natural penetration direction. Different material have different osmosis pressures.
It can remove more than 97% of the soluble salt and above 99% of the colloid, microorganism, particles and organic materials.
It adopts dissymmetriacal semipermeable film which is made from macromolecule material with special process.The raw liquid flows under pressure,inside or outside the film.The macromolecule substance and colloid particles in the raw liquid are clogged at the film surface and are brought away by circulating raw liquid.Then the substance in liquid is separated.
It uses the UV to kill some bacteria that may also pass through the reverse osmosis system.
Some bacteria may not be killed by the UV,the sterilizer uses ozone to kill those bacteria.
